  1. Our strength is hidden behind a Great Wall of Fear. To dismantle this forbidding wall, you can go over it, go under it or try to go through it. All of this action requires a great deal of courage and will likely involve suffering and pain.

    Alternatively, what if you could understand how illusory this wall is? What if by observing your thoughts and breath you could know that the wall does not appear the same to anyone else? The biggest fears you have may be dismissed by others as not real. Your Great Wall is a projection of all thoughts you may have ever had to protect yourself from harm. Your Wall is made of your thoughts! Watch your thoughts and breath and dissolve the power of your thoughts. Release yourself from the confines of your thoughts and observe the infinite Source Energy of which you are part. Dare to see who you really are!
