The Limitations Of Science And Religion

science and religion

Science has it’s limitations as it can only go so far. Given what science deems as proof cannot always be measurable, or observable. Religion has its limitations in that those who choose to follow close off their minds to alternative understandings of reality. Do you ever wonder if we will get to a complete understanding about the true nature of our reality? Mankind has always been on a quest for truth, and there have been those who are so ingrained in their belief systems that the mind is not able to contemplate new possibilities. On one hand we have science, which allows us to understand new concepts of reality, and on the other hand we have religion, which dives into faith in an external source of information as truth, without possibility for change.

Religion can be an iffy topic. I feel that Jesus Christ would not endorse religion, I feel he would have no idea what it is, what we call ‘religion’ is purely man-made and used for profit and to conceal information while controlling the masses. The same goes for Krishna, Mohammad, Quetzalcoatl and all other souls who were well ahead of their time. I like to think of Galileo for example, the church has a long history of information suppression, for if the truth gets out, it becomes harder to control the masses. His work was burned and condemned by the church, and anybody who practiced science was considered a heretic, even when the church had the same scientific knowledge as the scientists. The church was the entity who chose to play the role of truth keepers. Today, the Vatican is one of the central hubs for information suppression in order to control the masses. They hide the higher understanding about reality that we see the masses waking up to today. More and more of us are starting to realize that we are not just the body, and something far greater beyond our mental understanding is taking place. Can we substantiate these claims? It requires looking at a multitude of information over a long period of time, making connections and critical thinking. If you are interested and open to the possibility of the illuminati, you should do your research. Condemnation without investigation is the height of ignorance, as Albert Einstein once said. Too many people today are quick to comment on subjects without taking the time to do research, most of their information comes from the television screen, or education institutions, without really looking at a variety of sources for their information. Why do we give our minds away so easily?

Throughout human history our understanding about reality has increased exponentially. Unfortunately, science can only take us so far as it is governed by qualitative and quantitative research. There are some things that our science cannot yet explain, and religion is simply a belief system based on texts written by people, which have been subject to manipulation. At the same time, some instances occur when you can merge scientific understanding with religious texts, but in the end both lead us to one conclusion, that we just don’t know, apparently. There are many instances within science, where we can view observable characteristics of our reality, but do not understand them. At the same time, it is clearly understandable, but science does not want to go there. This is where we enter into consciousness, and quantum science, which focuses on looking at physical reality through the tiniest particles known to man. Into a world we cannot see, a world that is governed by thoughts, feelings, emotions and the vibrational frequency of our being.

Quantum physics discovered that physical atoms are vortices of energy that are constantly vibrating. So every material structure in the Universe including you and me radiates a unique energy signature.

~ Bruce Lipton

Our understanding of science continues to increase, but what drives our reality is nothing physical, nothing measurable, it is determined by us, the way we operate while we experience a physical existence. Operating from a place of love, peace, acceptance and cooperation has the potential to create a completely different reality for planet Earth. At this point, science seems to lose its stability and its ability to know “what is”. It seems our knowing of what is, when coming from a place not influenced by anything external, is real truth.

For example, if you take a child and put him/her in an environment where they receive no external information from religion or science, how would they explain the true nature of reality? I feel as if we are all in the process of stripping everything we have been programmed and ingrained with since the day we were born, so we can simply listen to ourselves, our intuition, our heart and soul. This suggests that we are all connected to one source of truth, call it God, call it the God particle, call it whatever, we are all apart of that source. Whatever we want to know, whatever questions we have at any level, can simply be answered by you, by taping into your soul. Truth doesn’t come from the mind, it comes from the heart. When the soul enters the body, it forgets where it came from, but what happens when the soul awakens within the physical body? The challenge of our modern-day existence is learning to listen to the heart, little by little, step by step. If you can completely empty the mind, you will get to the truth, and that truth seems to be unexplainable, but it can be felt extremely deeply.

When it comes down to it, all of us perceive reality in different ways. No doubt about it, our perception of reality has been subject to manipulation. Most of our desires come from television programming, education and mass media. A large amount of people are waking up to new truths, and many are going through an individual paradigm change. When you change the way you look at things, the things you look at change. We are changing the way we look at the world and ourselves as individuals, therefore we are manifesting a change. Basically, many people on the planet are resonating with cooperation, why can’t we all just get along? It starts with you, and your everyday actions in life. You have to be the change you want to see, so be peace, lose your buttons so they cannot be pushed, empty your tank of gasoline so it cannot be lit, and you begin to change your as well as the collective reality in ways you could have never have imagined. We don’t have to label truth into different categories, all truth lies within…

The 7 Secrets to Knowing Your Higher Self!

Each of us is connected with the Divine. The Higher Self within us far transcends the understanding of our conscious minds. This is the power that all the great geniuses and teachers of history have accessed. It is also the place of magic and miracle in our lives. Here are the seven key steps to contact it.

1. Belief & Expectation: Transform Your World View!

The first step is to BELIEVE that you have a Higher Self to establish communication with! Then EXPECT every day that this communication will improve as you focus diligently on inner growth. Without these two essential pre-requisites, it is hard to achieve anything at all in life, even on the physical level. For inner growth, these two qualities are essential. So set a GOAL to achieve contact with the Higher Self, review that goal daily, and maintain your purpose with determination until success is yours.

We are brought up with a primarily materialistic world view that neglects the role of Spirit. To establish close contact with spiritual realms, we need to have our entire being – conscious and subconscious – congruent with our goal. In any major activity/goal, you have to establish the rules of the game and the way it is played. Contacting your Higher Self is the same. Therefore, seek out writings and teachers that expand your understanding of the universe as fundamentally being a realm of Consciousness and Mind.

2. Solitude & Meditation

Make regular time for yourself where you can be totally alone. A quiet place is preferable. Just sit quietly with no expectations. Do NOTHING. This may feel very uncomfortable and strange in the beginning. Persist. You give time and space for the inner voice to make itself heard. It will do so either during that quiet time, or else during the events of the day. A synchronistic event will occur; someone will tell you exactly what you need to hear; you will get a sudden flash of insight. All the great geniuses of history have found times of regular solitude and silence for themselves. You should too.

In meditation, you work to discipline your mind and silence the internal chatter that constantly fill it. You create a pure vessel for the Higher Self to fill. Following your breath is an excellent meditation discipline, as is concentrating upon a candle flame. Or visualize a golden ball of light in your Solar Plexus that fills your whole body with energy and healing. There are many practices that you can study and use.

3. Journal

Record your feelings, emotions, dreams and insights every day in a journal. This will help you to come into closer contact with your inner intuitive depths. You can ask the Higher Self questions here, and then later on record whatever insights/answers you receive. If you do this regularly with belief and expectation, you WILL receive the answers you need.

4. Inner Dialogue

Conduct a regular inner dialogue with your Higher Self. For the next 40 days, decide to keep in contact throughout the day. Say to your Higher Self, “I know you are there and I want to get to know you and pay attention to you. Please begin to speak to me and guide my life” Don’t worry if this dialogue is entirely one-way to begin with. Remember that you have been out of touch for decades. It takes a while to clear the cobwebs! Persist with this inner dialogue as if talking to a friend – chatting, asking questions, sharing your hopes – and begin to listen for answers. They will come.

5. Life Lessons

Look upon life as a Mystery School. Believe that the whole of your life – events, situations and people – has been structured PRECISELY in order to teach you exactly what you need to know right now. Approach life as if the whole of creation is conspiring to do you good! Whenever something happens in your life, for good or ill, ask yourself what the lesson is for you. Even unpleasant people/situations have been deliberately placed there as a challenge to help you grow. As you begin to view life as a drama in which you are play the starring role, the role of the Higher Self will become increasingly evident in your life. Record your findings in your journal.

6. Dreams

Expect your Higher Self to speak to you in dreams. Before going to sleep, do some stretching and bending to relax your body completely. Ask your Higher Self a question and expect an answer. When you wake up, recall whatever you can of your dream and write it down in your journal. If you are not used to remembering dreams, this will take time and persistence. However, with patience, you will begin to recall your dreams AND receive answers from your Higher Self.

7. Mindfulness

Focus upon living more and more in the present, on the NOW. When you are eating, be aware that you are eating. When you walk, know that you are walking. The only real moment is now – the past is gone forever and the future has yet to be. Therefore, work to clear your mind of concerns, illusions and extrapolations. Clear the mental clutter from the mind and create space for the Higher Self to fill.

Patience Is The Catalyst To Progress!

Remember, you may have spent your entire life out of touch with Source. Therefore, it takes time to learn how to re-establish contact. Anything worth doing takes time and practice. Be vigilant and practise these seven steps every day, and you will receive the answers you need. Remember: The Higher Self WANTS to be in contact. In fact, to even speak of it as someone apart from you is contradictory. The Higher Self IS you! The real you. So get in touch with YOU!

our path…

Our path is basically the path of the heart and not the path of the mind. This does not mean that we are criticising the path of the mind. Far from it. We just feel that the path of the heart leads us faster towards our goal. Suppose I want to go to a place 500 miles away. I can reach my destination either by walking or by flying.

Undoubtedly, I shall reach my destination considerably faster if I fly in a jet plane. Similarly, if we use the aspiring heart and not the doubting mind, we shall reach our goal much faster. The heart is all love. The mind is quite often all confusion. When we say the heart, we mean the spiritual heart, which is flooded with divine love.

The heart is strikingly significant because inside it is the living presence of the soul. True, the consciousness of the soul permeates the entire body, but the actual location of the soul is inside the heart. The soul has everything: Peace, Light and Bliss in infinite measure. We get these divine qualities inside the heart directly from the soul. And from the heart, we can bring them to the mind, to the vital and to the physical proper.

God is extremely simple. It is we who think of Him as someone complicated. God speaks the simplest language, only we don’t understand Him. We are all deaf. We have been deaf for millennia. Poor God, He has been talking constantly, tirelessly, but we do not have time to listen to Him.

Our path is the path of simplicity. A child is simple; he loves his mother. He does not have to love anybody else: his mother is his whole world. He devotes himself to his mother. If his mother asks him to do something, he listens to his mother. A child is so simple that he tries to do everything to please his mother; and in pleasing his mother, he is doing the right thing and reaching his highest goal.

In the ordinary life, if someone loves another individual, then he spends most of his time with that particular person. He devotes his precious time to that person. If it is real human love-not divine love, but human love-then he sometimes surrenders to the other’s whims even if they are absurd. He surrenders because the two of them have formed an inner and outer bond on the strength of their love. So if one loves another person, then one is ready even to sacrifice one’s precious wisdom.

In the spiritual life it is totally different. Divine love never binds us. On the contrary, it expands us and liberates us. When we see and feel that we are being liberated, we feel inwardly a divine obligation to do something for our Inner Pilot. How can we remain aloof from the One who has given us everything, who has brought us the message of divine Love and Compassion? Will it be possible for us not to offer Him something in return? If we remain in the outer life, we only try to grab and possess everything, even what belongs to others. But if we live in the soul, we try to constantly give all that we have and all that we are to the Inner Pilot. Divine love means self giving.
