listen and dance…

dance

We watch a sunlight dust dance, and we try to be that lively, but nobody knows what music those particles hear. Each of us has a secret companion musician to dance to. Unique rhythmic play, a motion in the street we alone know and hear.

  1. I did a beat poetry thing called plato’s groove. Its under the about section. It is similar in my fashion to that post. If you have a few minutes sometime would you mind taking a look and see if it is in keeping with that spirit. Rumi is a new study for me. Thank you

  2. Love this quote – reminded me of a documentary from long ago that I’ve been unable to re-locate, where a farmer in South America found some of his plants ‘dancing’ to music he was playing and always found that if he gently ‘danced’ with them, they would remember the moves, repeat them and then add their own twists on them – I LOVE that story – Thanks for the reminder of it! πŸ™‚
