You are the Light!

Divine Love…

These are its beginnings, where even in its stillness it is not frozen but filled with the promise of its throbbing, where it then impels itself into a spin discharging particles of light from its luminous core in anticipation of the end product of a manifested outer form, as the birth of a now and later are born, bringing Time and limits into being. An intrinsic order is created as Moolam exercises control on its luminous particles. This vibrant energy flutters to this ceaseless rhythm and is compared to an eternal dance of love, the dance of all reality, the divine dance of Nataraja.

In love with its own beauty and pulsing itself to this divine dance it transforms itself into infinitely complex material forms. Our true happiness lies in the ability to savor our own individual beauty and perfection that pulsates with great luminosity from our own vibrant core. It tells us that we are a perfect manifestation of the ultimate Divine Love that sprung from its own desire to savor its own beauty in our living form. To know this brings one into resonance with that highest vibration of Love that vibrates us and everything into being.

Light, God and God Particle…

At the beginning it was just Consciousness that was luminescent with unmanifested potential energy and residing at resonant state of non‐vibration. This energy was self manifest and was ever-present as Paramaanu or Microbode or Vinporul aka a subatomic or god particle. This is omnipotent, omniscient and omnipresent.

If we look at this particle’s characteristics scientifically, it is Eternal (Anaadi), Primordial (Aadi), without any quality (Nirguna), it cannot be reached / grasped by thoughts of mind (Achintya) since thoughts as energy are much more gross than this, it cannot be measured (Aprameya), Luminescent (Jyothi swaroopa), its omnipotence (Ishvara), omnipresence (Vishva) and Omniscience (Sarvajna) is already known. We can observe that all the characteristics of the god particle are attributed to a personality or a state by the founders of religions.

Every religion and sage has agreed with the fact this fundamental particle or potential energy is LUMINESCENT. Let us see few quotes on this (there are thousands of quotes):

• Be it Vedic culture, Zoroastrians, Greek or any major culture fire / sun god which represents light is worshiped.
• “Om Jyothi rasaha” says Vedas
• In Gayatri mantra you meditate on the supreme light to illuminate you.
• Vallalar said “Arutperumjyothi, Arutperumjyothi” which means mighty graceful light.
• If therefore your eye be single, your whole body shall be full of light. Mathew 6:22
• Siddhar Thirumoolar sayss brilliantly that one who realizes that the light (physical light which means the world) merges with light (subtle light), he has realized Siva(Consciousness).

So what has happened to the Sabda Brahman (Sound) here? It has merged with the Artha Brahman which is the Light. What can you use to represent this state? Light represents Form and our eyes represent Light / Form. So obviously sound is represented by ears. When sound has merged with light then it means Eyes and ears are merged together. Can you think of anything that represents this state?

This concept is captured by representing a Manduka (Frog) or Sarpa (Snake) always. Since for a frog and a snake the ears and eyes are merged. Manduka Upanishad, represents knowledge of this state. And obviously the 8×8 square / cube represent the most subtle energy as an energy grid is called as Manduka Pada / Mandala. The same aspect when it is applied to a gross form / body or a building then it is a 9×9 energy grid and it is called as Paramasyika Mandala. At the gross level the same concept as applied is the WORD where Light (form) and sound and meaning merged into one.

Reach the unreachable…

The one which eyes of mind cannot see,
Can be seen through the divine light with-in us;
The one which ears of mind cannot hear,
Can be heard through listening to our heart;
The one which senses of mind cannot reach,
Can be reached through resting our senses of mind;
The one which cannot be understood by mind,
Can be understood through surrendering our mind;
Just be in the moment, being in moment become That!

Three Mothers?

Once an elderly lady was illumining her grandchildren by telling them stories. The grandchildren wanted to hear stories from their grandmother, so she decided to tell them a beautiful story. She said, “We human beings use the term ‘mother’ to refer to the one from whom we came into existence. We also call a cow ‘mother’ because it is associated with the cosmic gods. Again, we speak about ‘Mother Earth.’ So there are three mothers. These three mothers help us at each step of life.

“When we are born, we take our mother’s milk for some time. Then we take cow’s milk, and then we eat vegetables that we get from Mother Earth. Mother Earth produces food and we eat her food. We appreciate, admire and adore these three mothers, but we have to see them in a different light and deal with each of them in a different way. They can’t be put together.

“The physical mother cannot eat the same food that nourishes Mother Earth. The earthly ground needs cow dung and manure for its food. Again, the cow cannot live on human milk or be kept in a house. And a human mother cannot live on grass or be put in a cow shed.

“Each of the three mothers has her own way of pleasing us. No one can please us at every moment in our own way. Even your own father cannot please you at every moment in your own way. He has many interests in life. He has to go to work, he has to mix with his friends and there are so many things that he has to do. So do not expect the same thing from each individual, and do not expect everyone to please you in your own way. Also, do not think that you will be able to change the respective roles of human beings. If people are doing different things, you cannot just change them. Each one has to do his and her duty in a different way. And it is you who have to receive from each individual according to the way that he wants to give, not according to the way that you want that person to give.

“Your mother is your friend, the cow is your friend and earth is your friend. But you cannot ask these three friends to always help you all at the same time or to change their respective roles. So, my grandchildren, when your mother gives you something, be happy at the time she gives and feel that this is the only way you can be satisfied. And when the cow gives you milk or when Mother Earth gives you something in the form of food and fruits, you have to be satisfied in the same way. Accept everything from each individual in the way the individual wants to give it, and never expect all earthly beings collectively to please you in your own way. Be happy with what you get, and make others happy in your cheerful acceptance.”
